Providing heating and cooling for homes, buildings and industry accounts for roughly 50% of global energy consumption. Smart production, exchange and consumption of heat in heating grids is the most significant opportunity for cities and industries to decarbonise. Yet, as heating grids transform towards renewables, they become increasingly complex and require a new approach to control and design.
Gradyent is a leading software provider that helps cities and heavy industry decarbonise faster by digitising, optimising, and transforming their heat networks with our Digital Twin. We are growing quickly and looking for a recruiter to help us scale — our team has doubled in the past two years and we’re positioned for continued growth.
Gradyent is scaling-up and in a position for sustained growth. We are looking for another recruiter to join our team and assist with the expansion.
As a Senior Recruiter at Gradyent, you will work closely with existing recruiters, the HR team, and hiring managers to play a pivotal role in building our teams. You will champion recruitment best practices and implement new strategies to enhance hiring performance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conducting interviews to assess the candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
360 Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle including writing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and contract negotiation.
Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating our applicant tracking system (Homerun).
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure they have a positive recruitment journey.
5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally as an in-house recruiter at a fast moving SaaS start-up or scale-up.
Proven experience collaborating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Strong communication skills, able to interact clearly and concisely with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, evolving international work environment due to company growth.
Experience conducting competency-based and behavioral interviews.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter
Proactive and pragmatic problem solver with well-developed people skills.
You have a keen interest in engineering, technology, and sustainability issues.
Fluent in English and German or Dutch.
Based in the Netherlands.
