The People Team

You’ll be part of Gradyent’s People team, which consists of two HR professionals and two recruiters, reporting directly to the Head of People. We work closely together across recruitment, onboarding, HR, and learning & development to create a scalable, human-centered people function that supports Gradyent’s growth.

Your role

As Senior Recruiter, you’ll be at the center of Gradyent’s growth story. You’ll partner with hiring managers, engineers, product leaders, and commercial teams to identify, attract, and hire the talent that powers our mission. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing structure, insight, and creativity to every search while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, shape role profiles, and design effective search strategies.

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, guiding debriefs, and offer management.

  • Source talent directly via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and referrals; build and maintain pipelines for current and future roles.

  • Design and implement scorecards, interview rubrics, and structured interview guidelines to raise quality and consistency in decision-making.

  • Coach hiring teams on competency-based interviewing, bias reduction, and candidate assessment.

  • Work with HR to refine recruitment frameworks, reporting dashboards, and process documentation to scale hiring operations.

  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience that reflects Gradyent’s values of trust-building and inclusion.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (Homerun, soon moving to Greenhouse) and track pipeline metrics to drive improvements.

  • Collaborate with the People team on employer branding and learning programs for interviewers.

What you bring

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS, energy-tech, or engineering scale-up.

  • Proven ability to partner strategically with hiring managers and influence decisions with insight and data.

  • Deep experience building structured recruitment tools: scorecards, rubrics, and interview frameworks, and embedding these into the organization.

  • A strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement across both technical and commercial functions.

  • Skilled interviewer with mastery of behavioral and competency-based methods.

  • Excellent communicator: concise, confident, and empathetic, able to engage both stakeholders and candidates at all levels.

  • Structured, disciplined, and outcome-driven: you plan ahead, follow through, and always close the loop.

  • Growth mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, able to bring order to chaos, and excited by building something from the ground up.

  • Fluent in English and either Dutch, German, or Swedish.

  • Based in the Netherlands.
