Marketing Manager, Industry
At Gradyent, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager – Industry for our Digital Twin Platform for industrial heating grids.
Gradyent is a leading software provider that helps cities and industries decarbonize faster by digitizing, optimizing, and transforming their heating systems.
We are scaling the platform globally to join our international marketing team.
Providing heating for buildings and industry accounts for roughly 50% of global energy consumption. Heating is therefore one of the largest opportunities in the world to decarbonise. Transforming heating grids unlocks the potential of low-carbon heat sources, such as geothermal and waste heat. Yet, as heating grids transform, they are becoming increasingly complex and require a new approach to control and design. Digital and data play a key role in this transformation, but traditional tooling for district heating and industrial steam grids has been insufficient.
With our real-time Digital Twin Platform, we create a digital copy of the heating system that runs in real time. Our platform is transforming the industry by enabling real-time, precise mapping of steam grids. By combining data and physics-based modelling with AI, our Digital Twin Platform helps companies respond quickly to changing network conditions, operate more efficiently and sustainably, cut costs, and reduce emissions.
We work with large district and industrial heating partners in Europe, such as E.ON, Eneco, Ennatuurlijk, Helen, Nobian, Shell, Uniper, and Wien Energie. Our team consists of 100+ energy specialists, engineers, data scientists, and top-tier consulting alumni. We’re backed by investors Capricorn Partners, Eneco, ENERGIIQ, and Helen Ventures, and are currently raising Series B investment.
You will apply your marketing skills to one of the biggest challenges of our time: reducing CO2 emissions.
Your aim is to make future customers aware and educate them on how our real-time Digital Twin Platform can optimize, decarbonize, and transform their industrial heating grid.
Our target customers are mostly companies in refining, (petro)chemical, pulp & paper, and food & beverage industries in the Benelux and DACH regions. However, we’ll be expanding further next year. Our current customers include companies like Shell, Nobian, Shin-Etsu, E.ON, and Uniper.
Your focus will be to develop effective demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns, create valuable content, and run impactful events across Europe and beyond.
This is an entrepreneurial role where you will build new processes and campaigns. You’ll enjoy a lot of freedom and collaborate with many people inside and outside the company.
