Business Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis
A quarter of all energy in the world is consumed to heat buildings. District heating is the most significant opportunity for cities to decarbonize. Gradyent is on a mission to help cities to decarbonize faster by digitizing district heating with our digital twin. Backed by a group of top investors, we are scaling the platform globally.
We currently have a team of 120+ people and offices in Rotterdam (the Netherlands), Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, and Hungary. Our team combines programmers and energy specialists, data scientists and top-tier consulting alums.
We offer a SaaS solution to create digital twins of heating networks. These digital twins, powered by AI and analytics, optimize (district) heating networks from heat sources to customers. As a result, we are transforming networks by reducing CO2 emissions and optimizing operations in terms of temperatures, pressures, costs and other metrics.

You make sure to deliver this efficiently, either with impactful in-person communications or by enabling self-service analytics in a dashboarding environment.
